Business/Data Analyst VBA

Business/Data Analyst VBA vacancy for our Zürich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Conduct a global analysis of existing VBA scripts and modules within Microsoft Access applications.
• Document processes and controls related to Major Shareholder Monitoring, including data sources and tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for the transition of the monitoring solution to Dataiku.
• Create detailed functional requirements documentation outlining the solution to meet business needs.
• Support the migration process from VBA logic to Dataiku, participating in design sessions.
• Translate and rebuild core functionalities from Access DBs into Python scripts within the Dataiku platform.

Your experience/knowledge:

• 2+ years of relevant working experience, including experience with Dataiku, Python, VBA/Access DB, SQL, code debugging, and data analysis.
• Financial services experience with a focus on Non-Financial risk - Compliance, Risk Management, and Legal.
• Bachelor or Master degree from a university of applied sciences in STEM fields, economics, or banking and finance.
• Language skills: English - fluent
