Business Technology Senior Manager/Director

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Director and/or Senior Manager with a base of experience in Digital Transformation and Optimization who want to develop their career in strategic consulting, supporting our clients in decision making and in achieving the expected goals.

The candidate should have a builder and pragmatic mindset; the firm seeks not only a strong leader who can articulate a vision, but one who can also drive execution of that vision in a very concrete manner that results in tangible business outcomes (bookings, contribution margin, revenue, market recognition).

The role demands a high level of autonomy; a strong appetite to drive change and overcome organizational complexity; and a high level of drive to build a business from its current strong foundations to a potential billion-scale business.

In addition, a Director at Capgemini Invent builds strategic, long-term accounts to manage and develop the business within those clients. In addition to the sales and business development responsibilities, Directors are also expected to lead programs and multi-workstream engagements, and be highly-involved in practice leadership, driving thought and solution development, overseeing internal activities and acting as an executive-level representative of Invent. A Senior Manager at Capgemini is focused on client and project management, as well as the development of outstanding content and knowledge.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

• For a Director, Lead the practice: GTM, recruiting, staffing, team development
• For a Senior Manager, lead a specific team.
• Advising our clients on the organizational models to be implemented, as well as on the solutions.
• Align the governance and management model to changes in technology and delivery models (Cloud, FinOps, SaaS).
• IT Value management transformation programs to increase IT investment value (cost reduction programs, and business value increase)
• Build the business case that supports achieving goals through efficiency, service levels or continuity.
• Perform cost estimation associated with the implementation of new governance and management models.
• Define implementation and coexistence strategies, integrating key aspects such as change management with both internal teams and third parties.

Requirements:

He/She/They will have over 12 years of experience for a Director and 8 years of experience for a Senior Manager in Business Technology Strategy within the consulting industry with a strong project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales.

This person is motivated to deliver high-quality work to drive customer satisfaction. They use their intellect, insight, and ability to build creative solutions with clients and colleagues while embracing a collaborative mindset.

• Strong customer orientation, decision making, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
• Very good judgement skills and ability to shape compelling solutions and solve unstructured problems with assumptions
• Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural and multi-functional teams spread across geographies
• Superb leadership and team building skills with ability to build consensus and achieve goals through collaboration rather than direct line authority
• A positive, results oriented style, evidenced by listening, motivating, delegating, influencing, and monitoring the work being done
• Ability to establish immediate credibility among his/her peers, a professional who is respected for his/her intelligence and technical expertise
