Business Teacher

Flourish Education is recruiting for an enthusiastic Business Teacher to join a welcoming Secondary School in Bromsgrove. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated teacher to join a supportive school environment and help students develop their knowledge, confidence and understanding of Business.

The school has a strong focus on creating a positive learning environment where students are encouraged to achieve their potential. You will work alongside a committed team of teachers, delivering engaging lessons that help pupils understand how Business relates to the world around them.

The successful Business Teacher will teach across KS3 and KS4, taking responsibility for planning, delivering and assessing lessons. This role would suit an experienced Business Teacher or an ECT looking to gain further experience within a supportive Secondary School.

This Business Teacher position is due to start in September 2026.

The Role

• Deliver engaging Business lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Plan and prepare lessons to support a range of abilities
• Assess and monitor student progress through marking and feedback
• Adapt lessons to meet different learning needs
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management
• Encourage students to develop their knowledge and interest in Business
• Build positive relationships with students and colleagues
• Contribute to the wider school and Business department

Required Skills and Experience

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT)
• Previous experience teaching Business within a UK Secondary School
• Strong subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4
• Good understanding of the Business curriculum
• Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons
• Positive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
• Commitment to helping students achieve their potential

This Business Teacher role is based in Bromsgrove and is easily commutable from Redditch, Worcester, Droitwich, Kidderminster, Rubery, Birmingham, Redditch and surrounding areas. The school benefits from good transport links and is accessible by both car and public transport.
