Are you a qualified Business Teacher or Business specialist seeking an exciting opportunity in a secondary school in Wokingham?
Academics Ltd is working in partnership with an outstanding secondary school in Wokingham to appoint a passionate and dedicated Business Teacher from January. This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to secure their first teaching position.
We are seeking a fully qualified teacher with QTS who is enthusiastic about Business education, demonstrates strong classroom practice, and has high expectations for student achievement.
Responsibilities:- Be passionate about Business and committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and inclusive Business lessons for students of all abilities
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management and high expectations of behaviour and progress
- Show a keen interest in the science of learning and a commitment to continuous professional development
- Possess strong organisational and interpersonal skills and work effectively as part of a team
- Have the vision, energy, and commitment to contribute fully to wider school life
- Be motivated to make a positive and lasting impact on students' lives and future opportunities
- A degree in Business or a related subject
- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS)
- Experience using online or digital teaching platforms
- Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and effective teaching strategies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
