Location: Office of the Police and Crime Commissioners in West Midlands
Closing Date: 12 noon Friday 1st May 2026, interviews to take place in person on Tuesday 19th May 2026.
Are you ready for your new role? Are you well organised, enthusiastic and want to make a difference? Do you want to develop your management skills? We are looking for a Business Support Team Leader to be a driving force to coordinate and organise the activities of our office and ensure that our business support services run smoothly.
You will be responsible for both delivering and enabling your team to deliver a variety of activities including casework and correspondence, corporate governance activities, organisation and facilitation of meetings, finance, recruitment and a full reception service. In return you will be part of a small high performing organisation with development opportunities to suit your role. We will help you become a great people manager and give you opportunities to develop your problem solving and prioritising skills.
