Salary details: Grade 6, £26,403 - £27,255 pro rata (pay award pending)
Contract Type: Temporary to coverfor maternity leavefor 1 year

We are currently looking to recruit a flexible, motivated, Business SupportOfficerto work in theDirectorate Support Teamwhere you will playan important rolein the lives of the children in Doncaster.
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Providing comprehensive, efficient, effective administration support to all team members, liaise with professionals, external agencies and representatives, internalcolleaguesand members of thepublic
- Dealing with enquires from both internal and external customers ensuring that a high standard of customer service isdelivered at all times.
- Updating records in excel and case managementsystems
- Taking electronic minutes for highlyconfidential meetingsin various formatswithin set deadlines.
- Analyse data and statistics to evaluate service performance and outcomes. Conduct research and summarise findings to support service development.
- Work within Data Protection guidelines, handling sensitive and confidential data.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a busy office environment, be well organised, have excellent customer service skills, experience of minute taking and working to conflicting deadlines. We are looking for a hardworking and conscientious person providing essential and valuable support service.
