About the Charity

The charity has been supporting serving and veteran members of the UK Armed Forces and their families for over a century, helping people access vital healthcare and wellbeing support. Following significant organisational change, the charity is focused on grant- making and stewarding its assets to continue making a meaningful difference to beneficiaries.

About the Role

You will:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the charity

  • Support diary management and meeting coordination for senior stakeholders
  • Assist with office administration and operational support
  • Help organise and catalogue archive and artwork collections
  • Provide flexible support to a small team of five staff members
About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in a senior administrative, executive support or coordinator role
  • Is confident taking accurate minutes and following up on actions
  • Has excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Is comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Has a proactive and flexible approach
  • Enjoys working within a small team where everyone contributes
  • Is happy combining executive support responsibilities with general administration
Closing date: Wednesday 28th October 9:00 am

Interviews will take place in person with a view to making an appointment as quickly as possible.

We want you to have every opportunity to demonstrate your skills, ability and potential. Please let us know if you require any adjustments to ensure the application process works for you.
