Quality Outcomes - Innovating Stronger Outcomes

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised Business Support professional to join our dedicated Quality Outcomes team. In this role, you will bring a strong administrative background and a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Your day-to-day responsibilities will span a variety of business support and financial functions. These include maintaining and updating spreadsheets, minute taking, handling telephone enquiries, and using the Liquid Logic LCS database. You'll also be responsible for typing, scanning, and filing, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, flexibility, and exceptional communication skills. An ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and partner agencies is essential, as it will enable you to engage with professionals and families while working closely alongside the children's services teams.

Why us?

Wiltshire Council is a friendly, welcoming place to work, with a 'One Council' ethos. Find out more about Our Identity, staff networks, and employee benefits here.

We are committed to creating a workplace where positive relationships thrive and everyone feels engaged, supported and able to do their best. We do not tolerate discrimination, bullying or harassment. Everyone is expected to promote a culture of inclusion, dignity, trust and respect, guided by our vision and Our Identity.
