Location: Northallerton, North Yorkshire

Overview

Maternity cover for a temporary position of Business Support Officer, Grade E within Business Support Services, working at White Rose House Court of Protection. Please note this is an office-based role.

Responsibilities

We require a motivated administrator with good communication and customer care skills to work as part of a busy admin team undertaking a wide range of administrative duties supporting the Court of Protection team. Duties may include scanning documents, data input on Word/Excel and bespoke databases. Training will be provided to the appointed person. The successful applicant must:

  • have good keyboard skills and experience in word processing, Excel spreadsheets, databases and e-mail systems
  • have good literacy and numeracy skills
  • be able to prioritise their own workload, be conscientious, well-organised, and able to work unsupervised as well as part of a team
  • be flexible in approach
  • respect the need for confidentiality of personal information
  • have knowledge of Data Protection, Equalities, Safeguarding and Health and Safety requirements of working within an office environment
