Business Support Officer - Targeted ServicesA business support officer responsible for supporting targeted services for young people and children, providing administrative and communications support, managing meetings, handling confidential minutes, and using multiple database systems.
- Targeted Services for Young People are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, passionate and motivated Business Support Officer to support our work with young people and Children
- The successful applicant will have excellent all-round administrative & communication skills
- The role will involve taking minutes of confidential meetings, reception duties, arranging meetings and sending out letters and email invitations
- You will also be required to use multiple database systems and to deal with electronic room bookings
- The role will be agile but the needs of the service will dictate the degree to which home-working will be possible
- At least 27 days holiday, plus bank holidays rising to 32 after 5 years' service (pro rata if part time) - option to purchase further days
