Permanent, Full Time 37 hours per week. The First Assessment Services is looking for a Business Support Officer to join our team at the Front Door of Bristol Children's Services.

As a Business Support Officer you will provide a range of business support services for one or more service areas. You will take ownership and responsibility, making real time service decisions in response to operational issues in line with local procedures and established guidance.

You will join an established team of Business Support Officers at the Front Door, working closely with Deputy Team Managers and First Response Advisors to ensure that children within our city receive timely responses. Your duties include:

  • Load information that comes into our service onto our database.
  • Handle enquiries from internal and external customers and stakeholders.
  • Engage with colleagues to support development and promote positive working relationships.

Basic DBS Check is required for this role.
