Your new company is a leading professional services organization. We are seeking a Business Support Manager to lead and develop a team of approximately 40 Executive Assistants, delivering exceptional support services to senior stakeholders and Partners across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of circa 40 Executive Assistants.
  • Manage performance, engagement, absence and development activities.
  • Forecast resource requirements and ensuring effective deployment of EAs.
  • Build strong relationships with Partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Drive service improvements, operational efficiencies and best practice.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex stakeholder issues.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding and succession planning activities.
  • Monitor team utilisation, service delivery metrics and operational performance.
  • Support organisational change initiatives and develop a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing large teams within a professional services or corporate environment.
  • Strong people leadership skills with experience managing performance and developing talent.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, confident to influence senior leaders.
  • Experience working alongside Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants or business support functions.
  • Commercial awareness and strong operational management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, coaching and conflict resolution skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
