Job Description

Position: Business Support and Customer Experience Administrator

Location: Labman HQ, Stokesley, North Yorkshire

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

Employment Type: Full-time

This role is office based in Stokesley, North Yorkshire. We do not offer hybrid or homeworking opportunities.

Job Opportunity

Due to continued growth, Labman is looking for a friendly, proactive, and highly organised Business Support and Customer Experience Administrator to join our fast-paced team.

This is a varied, people-focused role where you'll be at the heart of the business - supporting operations, delivering an excellent customer experience, and ensuring things run smoothly day to day. You'll be the first point of contact at Front of House, working with engineers, clients, students, contractors, and directors.

Key Responsibilities Front of House & Customer Experience
  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors
  • Deliver excellent customer service with a positive, can-do approach
  • Coordinate catering and hospitality for visitors
  • Support company events, meetings, and conferences
Business & Team Support
  • Provide administrative support to directors, project managers, and teams
  • Maintain accurate records and support sales administration
  • Assist with onboarding, inductions, and training administration
  • Support documentation and QA audit processes
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the business
Office Administration & IT
  • Manage incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain filing systems and documentation with high accuracy
  • Prepare and format documents, emails, and reports
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate deliveries/couriers
  • Work within ISO9001 processes
