The Priory Learning Trust is looking to recruit a Business Support Administrator to work at Castle Batch Primary School Academy. We are looking for a friendly, hardworking, approachable individual to join our team. This front of house role will be the friendly face for pupils, staff, families and visitor's to school. The role will support the Headteacher and Academy Operations Manager.

This role will cover all aspects of school operations, as directed by the Academy Operations Manager. It will suit an enthusiastic individual who is able to multi-task, willing to learn and develop and is flexible and adaptable in their approach.

About the role

This is a key position designed to ensure the smooth daily operation of the school office, supporting our teaching staff, students, and families. Working closely with the Headteacher and the Academy Operations Manager, you will:

  • Act as a central point of contact for all aspects of school operations.
  • Support the Operations Manager with essential finance and administrative responsibilities.
  • Maintain the infrastructure that allows our learning environment to thrive.

Castle Batch Primary School is currently part of The Priory Learning Trust, a group of like-minded schools whose shared ambition is to provide A Great Education for Every Child.
