Job Description

CPL is recruiting on behalf of a leading global technology company for a Business Support Administrator to join their Cork-based team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented professional to support revenue operations, finance, sales administration, and business processes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support invoicing, deposit management and pricing administration
  • Coordinate stock orders and maintain inventory records
  • Prepare contracts and documentation for new sales and renewals
  • Support SAP, Salesforce and CPQ administration (Tier 1)
  • Assist with internal projects, including SAP implementation
  • Provide cross-functional administrative support across the business
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in an administration, business support or revenue operations role
  • Experience using Salesforce and CPQ (SAP experience is a strong advantage)
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities
