Ecovis Wingrave Yeats is a Chartered Accountancy firm based in the heart of Soho. We are known for our supportive, collaborative culture and are looking for a bright, organized Business Support Administrator to join our busy team.

Reporting to the Office and Compliance Manager and working closely with Partners, this role plays a key part in the smooth running of the office. A central focus of the position will be supporting client onboarding, including helping to embed and operate our newly centralised onboarding procedure.
You will be involved not just in day-to-day administration, but also in process improvement projects, working with systems, trackers, and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency across the firm.

- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Full-time, Permanent
- Educated to A-Level (or equivalent); Maths and English GCSE
- Competitive
- Play an active role in client onboarding, coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring onboarding requirements are met accurately and on time
- Assist with the development, maintenance, and improvement of the firm's centralised onboarding processes
- Support other compliance and office-wide projects, including process improvement initiatives
- Provide administrative support to the Tax team, including:
- Onboarding tax clients and maintaining accurate client records
- Drafting and issuing engagement letters
- Uploading documents for electronic signature
- Managing HMRC post and practice management system updates
- Attending weekly Tax meetings, taking minutes, and following up on actions
- Support reception cover, including meeting and greeting visitors and handling calls and post
- Providing support to the finance team with monthly billing and invoicing
- Assist with general administration and firm events, including an annual black-tie dinner
- Educated to A-Level (or equivalent); Maths and English GCSE
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams
- Interested in process improvement, systems, and finding better ways of working
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and office systems
- Able to commute to Central London
