We have 3 opportunities to join our Business Support Team for children and families within Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
- Community Children's Nursing Team - part time, 22.5 hours across 3 days, based in Battenburg Avenue Child Development Centre.

Main duties of the jobYou will provide essential administrative support to clinical staff, helping ensure the smooth day to day running of the service. This will include responding to enquiries, supporting clinicians, maintaining accurate records, and communicating sensitively with families.
About you- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, compassionate telephone manner.
- Confidence using Microsoft Teams, Word, and Outlook.
- A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience using SystmOne is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
- As part of a small team, you will be trusted to manage your workload, prioritise tasks effectively, and use initiative, with support available from colleagues and managers.
