We're recruiting a Business Standards Administrator to join a large, well-established public-sector organisation on a contract basis, supporting learning, development and assessment activity.
The role:
You'll provide high-quality administrative support to ensure business standards, training and assessment processes run smoothly. This includes maintaining systems, managing data, producing management information and supporting assessments in line with organisational standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the administration of training programmes and learning activity
- Maintaining records and databases in line with data protection and information governance requirements
- Analysing data and producing accurate management information
- Designing and formatting documents, reports and presentations
- Managing competing priorities to meet organisational deadlines
- Supporting assessment invigilation and ensuring compliance with assessment standards
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in an administrative role (or equivalent qualifications incl. English & Maths)
- Strong data analysis and issue-identification skills
- Confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Experience of records/database management and reporting
- Organised, flexible and able to work to tight timescales
