Salary: £26,886 - £30,402, Grade H4 - H1 of the Albyn Group pay scales
Location: Inverness or Invergordon Office with hybrid working

As our Business Services Administrator,you'llbe at the heart of how we work, supporting teams across the Albyn Group and helping us deliver a brilliant and consistent experience for our customers. No two days will look the same. One momentyou'llbe updating records, preparingdocumentsor supporting team colleagues-the next, you might be helping a customer get the information they need or keeping our shared inboxes running smoothly.

This hybrid role combines office and remote working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
We're looking for someone with- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer focused approach
- Confidence in handling calls and enquiries professionally
- Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience in administration and working in a customer facing environment
- The ability to work flexibly, manage competing priorities, and support colleagues across different teams
- A proactive, adaptable mindset aligned with Albyn's values
