BrisDoc is a clinician-led, employee-owned social enterprise delivering NHS urgent and primary care across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. We're looking for a friendly, organised and motivated individual to join our Business Services team and help support the smooth running of our Head office and wider organisation.
This role is ideal if you're:

- No previous work experience is required

Main duties of the job
As a Business Services Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting our head office and Business Services function. You'll provide a welcoming front of house service, help keep the office running smoothly, and support a range of administrative and coordination tasks.
You'll gain hands on experience in:
- Office administration and customer service
- Communication and organisation
- Record keeping and business processes
- Supporting meetings and stakeholder groups
You'll be supported to learn, ask questions and develop your confidence in a professional office environment.
The role is available as:
- A Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship
- A 2 year fixed term contract for candidates not following the apprenticeship route
If completing the apprenticeship, you'll receive paid off the job training and support to successfully complete your qualification.

- Salary: £13.45 per hour
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week (includes college time if apprenticing)
- Contract: Apprenticeship or 2-year fixed term
- Location: BrisDoc Head office, Osprey Court, Hawkfield Business Park, Bristol
