Business Readiness Manager

A leading financial services organisation is seeking an Operations Readiness Manager to support a major Back Office transformation programme while helping drive operational excellence across the business.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in operational readiness, business change, service management or transformation who enjoys working across Operations, Change and Technology.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate business readiness activity for a large transformation programme
• Ensure operational teams are prepared for new systems, processes and ways of working
• Track key readiness deliverables including training, procedures, controls, operational impacts and go-live activities
• Support testing, cutover planning and post-implementation stabilisation
• Identify and manage readiness risks, dependencies and issues
• Act as a key link between programme teams and business operations
• Support continual improvement across operational services and processes

About You

• Experience in Operational Readiness, Business Change, Service Management or Transformation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and priorities
• Experience working within a regulated environment, ideally financial services
• Strong understanding of operational processes, controls and risk management
• Confident translating change into practical business outcomes
