Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Readiness & Implementation Senior Manager to lead transformation programs focused on process simplification and technology modernization. The role involves engaging stakeholders, managing change, and ensuring successful adoption of initiatives within the Mass Affluent segment.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead design and execution of transformation programs aligned with the UKPB Target Operating Model.
  2. Map and analyze end-to-end customer and colleague journeys to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove friction points in onboarding, servicing, and product delivery.
  4. Champion digital enablement and automation strategies.
  5. Translate strategic goals into actionable workstreams and ensure alignment across teams.
  6. Engage with stakeholders across Private Banking, Mass Affluent, and partner platforms.
  7. Monitor, report on progress, risks, and outcomes against milestones.
  8. Develop and nurture a high-performing team aligned to organizational goals.
Qualifications
  • Experience in change management and process transformation.
  • Strong understanding of customer and colleague journey mapping.
  • Proven problem-solving skills to deliver impactful improvements.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement skills at all organizational levels.
  • Knowledge of digital tools and automation processes.
