Business Processes Support Data Protection Officer RoPA DPIA (f/m/x) ONSITE Luxembourg

On behalf of our client, an international financial service provider located in Luxembourg, we are looking for an external resource with skills and abilities as stated below:

Experienced Business Processes Consulting - Support Data Protection Officer RoPA DPIA (f/m/x) ONSITE in Luxembourg -

Description:
Provides support for the day to day workflow across a portfolio of activities including:- Company research,- Quantitative analysis- Process and project management
Takes ownership of specific parts of a variety of different projects
Services are provided to assist the organization in achieving the intended outputs and outcomes of relevant initiatives and programs
Self- enabled elaboration of concept parts and its value
Conduction of workshops/meetings, coaching of people on working level
In large projects lead of a small team
Responsible for clearly defined work products
Typically 2-3 years of experience in the relevant operational area (CRM, Finance, Operations or Talent &Organization)
Experience of at least one project with best practices in operational models

Tasks and responsibilities

Data protection officer support, including:
Lead the creation, review and finalization of Records of Processing Activities (RoPA).
Establish and operationalize a Data Protection Champion Network.
Conduct data protection control and review of existing Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
(Ensure clear and consistent reporting on all deliverables.)

Mandatory skills and experiences

Data protection expertise.
Demonstrate high self-motivation and manage projects autonomously.
Provide dedicated, hands-on support to the Data Protection Officer (DPO).

Optional Skills

Professional project management experience.
Prior experience within the financial services or funds industry.
