Business Process Owner- Own Brand

The purpose of the Business Process Owner- Own Brandis todeliver the business side of the technology transformation and ensure we maximise the opportunity with Own Brand Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) best of breed technology and adapt how we work today

Please note that this is a 2 year Fixed Term contractand the role can be based in Cork or Dublin (Hybrid)

What you ll be doing

• Own the transformation in the Own Brand workstream, working across business and IT teams to drive the right solution for Musgrave, this will include working directly with Infosys and the chosen vendor on the business side
• Transform ways of working to deliver customer-centric own brand products quickly, efficiently and profitably
• Engage wider business stakeholders and lead/champion the change amongst business teams
• Be the authority on reviewing and approving the change to business processes and to the systems design and functionality across the Own Brand workstream
• Review future to-be business processes, operating model and change road map in conjunction with the Commercial Transformation Director, seeking approval
• Own strategy, investment case, design and solution for Own Brand including decision making, in conjunction with theCommercial Transformation Director.
• Approve key functional deliverables for Define & Plan: Scope Document, Implementation CAR for submission, Implementation plan in collaboration with IT team.
• Ensure change impact on business is understood and appropriate change management plan is designed & mobilised to support benefits realisation & make new ways of working sustainable
• Review and approve User Acceptance Test (UAT) Strategy & Plans including data readiness
• Define the rollout strategy and training approach to ensure business adoption
• The scope of work is enterprise-wide

What we re looking for Experience

Experience in development and introduction of Own Brand / private label products - including ideation, specification management, recipe management, supplier engagement, artwork and sourcing.
