Job Role- Business Process Management (BPM) Lead / Manager

Job Decription :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
12+ years of experience in Business Process Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in end-to-end process management and reengineering, preferably in industry-specific .
Strong knowledge of BPM tools (e.g., Bizagi, Appian, Pega, or others).
Expertise in process mapping, process optimization, and automation techniques.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.
In-depth knowledge of BPMN, Lean Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
BPM certifications (e.g., BPMN, Six Sigma, Lean) are a plus.
Experience in digital transformation or enterprise-level process automation.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in Agile environments.
