On behalf of our client, an international financial service provider located in Luxembourg, we are looking for an external resource with skills and abilities as stated below:

Description:

• Provides support for the day to day workflowacross a portfolio of activities including:- Company research,- Quantitative analysis- Process and project management
• Takes ownership of specific parts of a variety ofdifferent projects
• Services are provided to assist the organization inachieving the intended outputs and outcomes ofrelevant initiatives and programs
• Self- enabled elaboration of concept parts and itsvalue
• Conduction of workshops/meetings, coaching ofpeople on working level
• In large projects lead of a small team
• Responsible for clearly defined work products
• Typically 2-3 years of experience in the relevant operational area (CRM, Finance, Operations or Talent &Organization)
• Experience of at least one project with best practices in operational models

Tasks and responsibilities:

Support for working on the CR797 for applying as alternative settlement location for EURONEXT.

• Describe the settlement flow of a security between the EURONEXT Clearing account at ESM and the clearing member account at CBF, for a security that cannot settle via T2S only. SSI description, etc
• Therefore, holding a portion of securities in ESM acting as alternative settlement location while our main settlement location is with another CSD using the functionality of CR797
• Describe each of the settlement combinations (ie per country not allowing direct settlement inT2S)
• Describe the rules for the realignment trigger (LACK, economic)
• Describe a procedure for manual realignment
• Issue business requirements for an automated realignment
• Set-up in Cascade and T2S to enable alternative link
• Issue and procedure if necessary
• Collaboration with the Settlement Cluster
• Learning from the settlement colleagues for the settlement flows
• Learning from experts for the realignment trigger and reasons

Mandatory skills and experiences:

• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Good knowledge of settlement flows
• Good knowledge of T2S
• Full autonomy in working
• Business analysis capability
• Interpersonal skills to communicate and work with others and in team
