Job Description

Currently, we are looking for a Business Partner for Finance Procurement Operations urgently.


Role Overview:

In this role, you will partner closely with Marketing and PR teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of the S2P (source-to-pay) workflow, but as long as you have a solid background in operational finance and accounting and bring strong communication skills to work with various stakeholders, you can be a great match. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, the ability to handle high-volume transactions with precision, and a proactive mindset to drive financial accuracy and efficiency.


Responsibilities:

  • Business Support: Take ownership of finance-related tasks including supplier sourcing, contract review, purchase order creation and review, change order facilitation, invoice review, supplier management, and management reporting.
  • Accounting: Facilitate a timely month-end close by managing the accrual process, explaining variance drivers, and analyzing trends in invoicing volume. Collaborate with accounts payable to streamline processes and reduce non-PO and manual invoices.
  • FP&A: Ensure expenses are accurately coded for meaningful financial reporting. Track actuals against budget/forecast and communicate anticipated variances.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant Finance and/or Accounting experience, with a strong understanding of general ledger implications. If you have experience in various roles in the field, such as FP&A, AP, and Accounting, that'd be much appreciated.
  • Skills: Proficiency in purchase orders, invoice review, and knowledge of P&L vs. Balance Sheet coding. Experience with Workday Financials, Anaplan, and/or Tableau is advantageous.
  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance is strongly preferred, but not a must.
