We are looking for a proactive and structured Business Operations Associate to join one of our trusted clients. In this role, you will help implement processes and frameworks that ensure smooth operations and goal achievement across the department. You'll coordinate day-to-day business activities, support planning cycles, and drive operational excellence through standardized processes.
You will also partner with multiple teams to track key initiatives, KPIs, and adopt company-wide processes such as quarterly reviews, strategic portfolio tracking, and budgeting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, stakeholder management, and improving efficiency in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Process Optimization: Implement and improve processes to increase efficiency and simplify operations.
- Planning & Cadence: Support annual and ad hoc planning, budget allocation, and facilitate business reviews (monthly, quarterly).
- Performance Management: Track KPIs, create reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a central point of contact, influencing and aligning with senior management.
- 5+ years of experience in business operations or similar roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to tell a clear story with data.
- Experience with planning, reporting, and change management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized and structured, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Background in FP&A or financial analysis.
- Familiarity with project/change management methodologies.
