Business Operations & Communications Associate

Amsterdam (Hybrid)
40 hrs/week Contract
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months

This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *planning, reporting, leadership support, and internal communications, ensuring everything runs smoothly and consistently.*

The Role

You will support Central Tech (Core Platform, Data & ML) by helping run the client's core operations cadence. This includes planning, reporting, leadership support, and internal communications, ensuring everything runs smoothly and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support annual and quarterly planning cycles

  • Run monthly and quarterly operational rhythms and follow-ups

  • Prepare leadership-ready reports, dashboards, and status updates

  • Track initiatives, KPIs, milestones, and risks

  • Support Leadership Team routines (decks, reviews, actions)

  • Own internal communications (newsletters, updates, announcements)

  • Coordinate planning sessions, reviews, and team events

  • Maintain trackers, documentation, and distribution lists

  • Partner with HR, FP&A, and Procurement as needed

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience in Business Operations, Planning, or similar roles

  • Strong reporting, organisation, and follow-up skills

  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication

  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders

  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Industry background flexible
