Business Manager COO Switzerland, Europe & Americas vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Support financial monitoring across run-the-bank activities, including operating income, operating expenses and premises costs.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to align financial planning with business objectives.
• Monitor and manage internal and external FTEs, including internalisation requests and related records.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support strategic run-the-bank initiatives.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare management presentations and support senior management reporting.
• Support key COO initiatives, including annual risk and control self-assessment cycles and strategic management topics.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Experience in the financial services sector or in financial services consulting.
• Strong background in financial planning, analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Proven project management experience in a complex and dynamic environment.
• University degree or equivalent higher education in Business Administration or a related field.
• Language skills: English, German

Your soft skills:

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently.
