Job Description
Responsibilities
- Pipeline Management and Prioritization: Collect and prioritize client onboarding requests, develop a comprehensive MARK pipeline, and adjust requests based on team capacities and business priorities. Analyze and rank sales requests to ensure strategic alignment.
- Escalation and Conflict Resolution: Serve as the escalation point for blocked or urgent cases, ensuring timely resolution.
- Arbitration Support: Assist arbitration committees with contractual disputes, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement procedures to enhance operational efficiency and support transformation initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor Net Banking Income (NBI) and trade date accuracy to align with business goals.
- Digital Initiatives: Support digital transformation efforts and strategic initiatives.
- Critical Onboarding Coordination: Manage urgent onboarding requests in coordination with the Front Office, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- KYC Renewal Coordination: Oversee timely renewal of KYC for designated accounts.
- Offboarding Management: Participate in offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance.

- Understanding of Bank onboarding processes
