Job Description

Internal Grade D

The mission of the Business Intelligence function is to become the center of excellence across Service, providing trusted data and insights to our partners in a simple way. We want to set the bar for what great is whilst ensuring efficiencies are optimised.

You will be the contact for many partners for their MI and intelligence requirements, advocating for the use of intelligence to improve forecasting, recommending solutions, and delivering applicable insights.

  2. Communicate effectively with partners to ensure shared understanding of information.
  3. Identify and recommend data-driven solutions to support resolutions.
  4. Prioritize activities for partners, challenging delivery schedules as needed.
  5. Provide insights and recommendations to the Operations leadership team.
  6. Stay current with the latest tools and technologies to deliver a modern Operational Intelligence service.
  7. Adapt and develop the OI service based on core and strategic needs, ensuring insights are fit for purpose for different audiences.
