Business Immigration Associate / Senior Associate Birmingham £55,000 - £100,000 + Excellent Benefits Legal 100 Firm The Role 
- Advise employers on a broad range of business immigration matters, including Skilled Worker and other corporate immigration routes.
- Manage Sponsor Licence applications and provide ongoing compliance advice.
- Navigate the Sponsor Management System (SMS), including assigning Certificates of Sponsorship.
- Conduct sponsor licence and right to work compliance audits.
- Advise clients on UKVI compliance, enforcement matters and immigration risk management.
- Support organisations with strategic workforce planning and international recruitment.
- Assist with corporate transactions, including immigration due diligence.
- Deliver commercially focused advice to organisations across healthcare, higher education and commercial sectors.
- Build long term client relationships while contributing to business development and the continued growth of the team.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across complementary practice areas to deliver joined up legal advice.
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE specialising in Business Immigration.
- Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Strong technical knowledge of Sponsor Licences, Skilled Worker applications, right to work legislation and compliance.
- Experience of immigration due diligence within corporate transactions would be advantageous.
- Commercially minded with the ability to deliver practical, business focused advice.
- Confident building lasting client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser.
- A collaborative approach and a genuine desire to contribute to a supportive team culture.
- Enthusiastic about networking, business development and helping to grow a successful practice.
- Ambitious and motivated by genuine long term career progression.
- Salary between £55,000 and £100,000, depending on experience.
