Business Director - Social & Content

London (Hybrid) 12-Month FTC Full Time

We're a globally recognised integrated communications agency delivering award-winning, social-first campaigns for leading brands across technology, retail and FMCG.

We're now looking for a Business Director to lead a high-profile tech client portfolio, driving complex social campaigns from strategy through to execution.

The Role

This is a senior leadership position sitting at the heart of Social, Influence and PR. You'll:

  • Lead large, integrated social-first campaigns end-to-end

  • Provide senior strategic counsel to clients

  • Oversee content performance and optimisation

  • Manage multi-level stakeholders within complex organisations

  • Lead and motivate integrated teams across account management, community and creative

  • Own commercials, profitability and growth opportunities

  • Drive best-in-class creative and social thinking

You'll be as comfortable in strategic conversations as you are steering delivery and protecting the creative standard.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong expertise across paid and organic social

  • Experience leading complex, multi-platform campaigns

  • Proven senior client management skills

  • Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and profitability

  • Confident team leader who inspires high performance

  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills

Retail experience is helpful but not essential.
