A leading international law firm is seeking a Business Development Specialist to support its Global Finance & Restructuring practice, with a strong focus on leveraged finance, private credit, capital markets, and restructuring.

The Role

You will play a key role in driving business development initiatives, supporting client growth, and delivering strategic campaigns across high profile finance practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Support BD strategy across leveraged finance, private credit, capital markets, and restructuring
• Prepare high quality pitches, proposals, and client facing materials
• Manage deal tracking, client intelligence, and market research
• Coordinate league tables, submissions, and thought leadership initiatives
• Support events, sponsorships, and client engagement activities
• Collaborate globally with BD, marketing, and communications teams

About You

• 3-6 years BD experience within a law firm or professional services
• Strong understanding of finance and restructuring markets (leveraged finance exposure preferred)
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
