Sales Executive - Dutch-Speaking Hybrid (Weesp)

€2,500-€3,500 + Uncapped Commission + 13th & 14th Month Bonuses

As part of our commercial team, we're looking for a driven Sales Executive who's ready to connect with mid-sized and enterprise organisations across the Netherlands helping them solve real business challenges through intelligent, bespoke technology solutions.

What You'll Do

• Identify new opportunities and launch multichannel outreach campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Qualify leads and manage the pipeline from first contact to close
• Build long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to shape and manage the commercial pipeline
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies and new service offerings
• Keep CRM records accurate and report on pipeline progress

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years' experience in B2B sales or business development (consulting, IT services, or SaaS is a plus)
• Native or fluent Dutch speaker with excellent communication in Dutch and English
• Proven ability to build rapport and close deals with mid-sized or enterprise clients
• Consultative mindset: able to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
• Entrepreneurial and proactive, but also a team player
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment - up to 2 days per week in our Weesp office
