Business Development Representative - Dublin, Ireland 
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our expanding team in Dublin. The role focuses on building relationships with new customers and driving outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Initiate long standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors using consultative selling techniques.
- Develop and execute strategic outbound calling and prospecting campaigns targeting enterprise companies.
- Collaborate closely with our accounts management team across EMEA to develop sales activity and position Workday as a viable alternative to legacy solutions.
- Educate the market on Workday's technology and applications and articulate the value proposition.
- Generate new business opportunities and drive pipeline growth.
- Advanced proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, sales development, recruitment, customer service, renewals, consulting or related internships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong business acumen and passion for innovation.
- Ability to be highly motivated, tenacious, detail oriented and accountable.
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
- Competitive base salary range: €36,400 EUR - €54,600 EUR (Ireland).
- Commission structure, role specific bonus, annual refresh stock grants and Workday bonus plan.
