Business Development Representative

Job Overview

Pluralsight is seeking Business Development Representatives ("BDRs") to join our sales organization. BDRs drive the growth of the business by generating new pipeline and are mentored to progress their careers into sales or other business units.

What you'll do

• Focus on new business opportunities and communicate Pluralsight's platform, aligning our solutions with customer business objectives.
• Build close partnerships with sales and marketing to optimize engagement with tech leaders.
• Partner with sales reps to strategically determine messaging, persona targets, and account strategy.
• Research target accounts, identify key players, craft targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to stimulate opportunities.
• Develop and nurture accounts and contacts through outbound calls, social messaging, emails, events, and other mediums.
• Build sales ready opportunities and transfer them to Sales Representatives.
• Handle sales pipeline through qualification to discovery and prepare reports and forecasts on activities and results using
• Achieve and exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments and pipeline generated.

Hybrid Work Model

The role follows a hybrid schedule: on site at the Dublin, Ireland office Wednesday and Thursday, and remote flexibility on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.
