Job Description
We're looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Growth Marketing team and take ownership of our customer acquisition partnerships. You'll identify and manage exciting brand collaborations, support the scale-up of offline channels.
Long Term contract.
What You'll Do
- Source and secure customer acquisition partnerships with brands that align with your mission
- Drive partnership strategy from ideation to negotiation, contracting, and execution-owning the full campaign lifecycle
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize partnership performance to maximize customer acquisition and ROI
- Conduct market research to spot trends and surface innovative opportunities
- Manage logistics, reporting, and agency coordination for additional offline growth initiatives
- Foster long-term relationships with brand partners and act as the go-to contact for collaboration execution
What You Need
- Hold a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a strong academic record
- 2-4 years of experience in partnerships, sales, business development, or growth marketing
- Have worked with US companies and customer
- A skilled English communicator and relationship builder
- Analytical-you know how to make a business case and calculate key metrics like CAC and ROI
- Entrepreneurial mindset-you take initiative, solve problems creatively, and thrive in ambiguity
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic formulas
- Excited about the chance to shape a fast-growing brand from the ground up
