Business Development Representative - Nordics

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume prospecting for qualified leads (new users and potential customers)
• Work closely and collaboratively with Account Executives to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans
• Schedule online product demonstrations for a qualified lead while ensuring you meet your monthly goals
• Understand customers' needs and challenges using sales methodologies such as BANT
• Carry out market research to broaden HubSpot's customer base

Requirements

• Previous experience in an outbound-focused role involving cold outreach, pipeline generation, and working toward defined performance metrics
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• The desire and commitment to be in Tech Sales
• A sharp focus on goals and a strong approach to achieving them
• Strong objection-handling skills and eagerness to learn through coaching
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passion for helping businesses grow and curiosity about the tech industry
• Fluency in spoken and written English is required

Pay & Compensation

Annual cash compensation range: €45,000-€61,000 EUR
