Job Description

We are currently looking for a Business Development Representative - Marketing Agency in Ireland.

This role is designed for a motivated sales professional who thrives in fast paced, target driven environments and enjoys engaging with decision makers across multiple industries. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads and driving new business opportunities for digital marketing services in areas such as SEO, PPC, paid media, and content marketing. Working remotely, you will play a key role in expanding the client base through proactive outreach and strategic prospecting. The position offers strong exposure to international markets and high growth clients, particularly across UK and US regions. You will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, improve outreach performance, and optimize conversion rates. Accountabilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
  • Identify, research, and engage potential clients requiring digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Book high quality meetings and demos for senior sales representatives or Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of leads, activities, and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
  • Research target markets, industries, and companies to personalise outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve messaging, positioning, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and meeting booking targets.
  • Contribute insights from prospect interactions to improve overall sales strategy and performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a BDR, SDR, or sales representative within a marketing agency, digital agency, or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, paid advertising, and content marketing.
  • Hands on experience with outbound sales, cold outreach, and lead generation activities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills in both written and verbal English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, performance driven environment.
  • Highly self motivated, organised, and proactive in managing daily activities and targets.
  • Experience engaging with international clients, particularly in US or UK markets, is a strong advantage.
  • Strong resilience and ability to handle rejection while maintaining a high activity level.
