About the RoleJoin Salesforce as a Business Development Representative focusing on the African market, based in our Dublin hub. You will lead the "agentic era" of technology, helping businesses transform through AI, data, and CRM.

Key Requirements- Language: Full professional fluency in any African language; required languages include Swahili, Amharic, Somali, Tigrinya, Kirundi, Kinyarwanda, Afrikaans and English.
- Location: Hybrid role based in Dublin, Ireland (relocation assistance included).
BDRs sit at the frontline of the sales organization. You are the "engine" of growth, selling the Salesforce Customer 360 platform and Agentforce, driving new business pipeline and strategic expansion within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Pipeline Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
- Strategic Outreach: Engage decision makers via cold calling, email, and social selling (LinkedIn).
- Sales Partnership: Work side by side with Account Executives to develop territory strategies.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep account research to uncover business challenges that Salesforce can solve.
- Demonstrated success of quota carrying, direct sales experience.
- Drive: Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, target driven environment.
- Communication: Strong relationship building skills and the ability to explain complex value simply.
- Foundation: Experience in business development, sales, or a client facing role (internships and leadership roles count).
- Languages: Fluency in any African language, French, and English.
- Eligibility: Visa support will be provided if you do not have right to work in Ireland.
- Sales methodology education (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, Value Selling).
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing quotas.
- Experience evaluated based on alignment to core competencies for the role.
