Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid) - Relocation support provided.
Role OverviewBusiness Development Representative focusing on the African market, based in Dublin hub. Your mission is to drive growth by selling Salesforce Customer 360 platform and Agentforce, generating pipeline, and expanding existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Pipeline generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
- Strategic outreach: Engage decision makers via cold calling, email, and social selling (LinkedIn).
- Sales partnership: Work side by side with Account Executives to develop territory strategies.
- Market intelligence: Conduct deep account research to uncover business challenges that Salesforce can solve.
- Demonstrated success in quota carrying, direct sales experience.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, target driven environment.
- Strong relationship building and communication skills, able to explain complex value simply.
- Foundation in business development, sales, or a client facing role (internships and leadership roles count).
- Full professional fluency in any African language (e.g., Swahili, Amharic, Somali, Tigrinya, Kirundi, Kinyarwanda, Afrikaans) and English. Fluency in French is required.
- Eligibility: visa support will be provided if you do not have the right to work in Ireland.
- Sales methodology education (MEDDIC, Challenger, Value Selling).
- Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing quotas.
- Experience evaluated against core competencies for the role.
