Leveraging advanced data analytics and a tailored clinical approach, they provide end-to-end solutions from pre-clinical development through early clinical phases (Phase I/II). Their mission is to accelerate access to safe, effective biosimilar treatments in oncology by enabling biotech and pharmaceutical companies to navigate the clinical and regulatory landscape with confidence.

Your ability to articulate the value of data-driven CRO services, coupled with a deep understanding of oncology biosimilar development, will be essential in winning new business and fostering long-term strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with decision-makers, from scientific leaders to executive stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with internal scientific, regulatory, and operational teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions for clients.

Stay current on market trends, competitive landscape, and developments in oncology biosimilars, especially pancreatic and prostate cancer research.

Represent the company at relevant conferences, industry events, and client meetings globally.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven track record in business development within the CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical space, ideally with exposure to oncology and biosimilars.

Solid understanding of pre-clinical and early-phase (I/II) clinical trial processes, regulatory pathways, and challenges.

Strong network within biotech and pharma organizations focused on oncology drug development.

Ability to communicate complex scientific and technical information in a clear, client-focused manner.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and drive results.

Knowledge of data-driven approaches in clinical research is a distinct advantage.

Expertise or strong familiarity with pancreatic cancer, prostate cancer, or broader oncology biosimilar development highly desirable.

Willingness to travel as needed for client engagement and industry events.
