The Opportunity
As a Sales Specialist or Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing new business opportunities while developing long-term relationships with customers across various sectors. You will be instrumental in driving the growth of our industry-leading security, fire, and life safety solutions.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Generate new business opportunities and develop sales pipelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract award.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with technical and operational teams.
- Develop strategic account plans and maximise revenue opportunities.

Skill Required:
- Proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Background in Fire & Security Sales, Technical Sales, Facilities Management Sales, or related sectors is advantageous.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage long-term client relationships and new business acquisition.
- Experience within the Fire & Security industry is preferred but not essential.
