Salary: €50,000 - €55,000

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Business Development Manager in Limerick.

The Role

• Develop and implement business development strategies to grow revenue.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within target markets.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Support brand growth and strengthen market presence in the region.
• Work closely with senior management to achieve commercial targets.

The Duties

• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Manage existing accounts and identify upselling opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• Work collaboratively with operations teams to ensure service delivery.
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Represent the company professionally at industry events and meetings.

Requirements

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Commercially focused with strong market awareness.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
