About Your New Job - Business Development Manager

  • Lead and manage the full commercial sales process from initial inquiry to contract award.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage new and existing commercial clients across various sectors.
  • Conduct site assessments and client consultations to assess technical and commercial feasibility.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, tenders, ROI models, and financial justifications.
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and key accounts.

What Skills You Need for this Business Development Manager?

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Environmental Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a technical sales or business development role within the solar PV, renewable energy, or engineering services sector.
  • Proven understanding of solar PV system design, including knowledge of modules, inverters, mounting systems, and grid connection requirements.
