Business Development Manager - Complex Care
£50,000 basic salary £80,000 OTE Hybrid working Location flexible within the UK
We're supporting a large, fast growing Healthcare provider in their search for an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager for the Complex Care division. This role is focused solely on growth - perfect for a high-performing Business Development Manager or Case Manager with a strong referral network.

Required Background
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a proven track record in Adult Complex Care Business Development
- Can demonstrate at least 1,500 care hours brought on in the last 12 months (3,000+ is ideal)
- Is well-connected with ICBs, case managers, and funding bodies
- Understands the commercial and clinical drivers of high-quality care packages
- Can work autonomously in a flexible, remote-first environment
The Role
You'll be responsible for identifying and securing new complex care packages across the UK, working closely with commissioners, ICBs, and NHS discharge teams. With a dedicated mobilisation team in place, you can focus entirely on building relationships and delivering results.
NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN COMPLEX CARE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE. OTHER INDUSTRIES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
