YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a Business Development Manager in the travel and tourism sector with solid expertise in tourism consultancy and tourism intelligence. You will play a key role by leading the development, positioning, and growth of our specialized tourism unit, both nationally and internationally. You will also be in charge of adapting our solutions to meet the specific needs of the sector in an innovative way, with a comprehensive approach that covers the entire value chain: consultancy, tourism intelligence, marketing and communication, product development, and advanced digitalization.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
•Higher education degree or bachelor's degree, preferably in Tourism.
•Between 4 and 6 years of proven experience in consulting for the tourism sector.
•Bilingual or native-level English.
•Extensive experience in tourism intelligence and advanced analysis of the tourism market.
•Deep understanding of the tourism market, competitive dynamics, and consumer trends.
•Experience in launching and positioning products for the tourism sector.
•Business development experience in the tourism sector.
•Proven ability to lead projects and teams in international environments.
•Proficiency in digital tools, advanced analytics, and tourism sector technologies.
•Strong interpersonal and business development skills.
•Willingness to travel within and outside of Spain.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
•Value proposition design: Adapt the company's service portfolio to the specific needs of the tourism sector.
•Tourism intelligence product development: Design intelligence solutions aligned with the needs of different market segments (public and private).
•Strategic market analysis: Identify trends and opportunities and draft conclusions based on the research conducted.
•Go-to-market strategy development: Define commercialization strategies for the various products designed.
•Client presentations: Prepare proposals, deliverables, and strategic reports in both English and Spanish.
•International project management: Lead, coordinate, and implement projects with technical and multidisciplinary teams on a global scale.
•Team leadership and coordination: Oversee internal teams, ensuring successful project execution.
•Innovation and digital transformation: Implement advanced solutions (Digitalization, Data, AI) to deliver value and optimize tourism processes.
