Business Development Manager - HealthTech (UK, North)

Are you an ambitious, results-driven sales professional looking to make an impact in the UK healthcare sector? We're seeking a Business Development Manager to take ownership of a high-performing territory in the North of England, leveraging established client relationships and recent project wins to drive significant revenue growth.

Salary: Up to £85,000 base + uncapped commission
Location: UK (ideally North of England, remote/field-based)

The Role

As our Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Own and grow a high-performing territory, capitalising on existing client relationships while generating new business
  • Maximise revenue from recent project wins and strategically expand accounts
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently exceed targets
  • Deliver consultative, value-driven solutions to NHS trusts and private healthcare organisations
  • Engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers with clear, compelling business cases
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, sales leadership, and technical experts to ensure client success

About You

  • Proven performer: 3+ years in healthcare technology or SaaS sales, with NHS experience highly desirable
  • Consultative approach: Skilled in solution selling, developing business cases, and navigating complex sales cycles
  • Target-driven: Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales quotas
  • Excellent communicator: Confident presenting, negotiating, and influencing at senior levels
  • Well connected: Existing relationships in the UK healthcare ecosystem are a strong advantage
  • Location: Ideally based in the North of the UK, with flexibility to travel across the region
